Experience

I taught labs in 2014 for an undergrad class called "Exercise Prescription for Health and Fitness" at the University of Western Australia. I studied exercise physiology at the university level for more than 8 years and have published my PhD research in international sports science journals. I still research and try to learn as much about exercise and health as I can. I think exercise science is an incredibly important subject, especially considering that a majority of adults are physically inactive and the health implications associated with that. I want to be a tutor to help the next generation of exercise physiologists learn how to use exercise to improve people's health.

I love being active, especially running and weightlifting. I also love to play sports and do outdoor activities such as kayaking and hiking. I moved to Florida about a year and a half ago from Perth, Western Australia (I'm originally from New York) and have been enjoying the warm weather and all the great outdoor activities the area has to offer!
